By accessing or using Jurat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Not Legal Advice

Jurat makes no representations or warranties about the outcome of any legal proceeding based on data stored within the app.

3. Description of Service

Jurat provides a secure platform for documenting evidence, tracking custody schedules, and organizing financial information. The Service is designed to help users in high-conflict situations maintain accurate records over time.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Jurat responsibly and lawfully. You may not use the Service to:

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any individual.
• Fabricate or falsify evidence or documentation with intent to deceive.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Upload content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Jurat. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload. Jurat does not verify or validate user-submitted content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Jurat may offer premium features through a paid subscription. Payments are processed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are subject to the respective policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Jurat does not directly process refunds.
• Pricing and features may change; we will provide notice of any material changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JURAT INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• The outcome of any legal proceeding, custody dispute, or other matter in which evidence from Jurat was used or presented.
• Any reliance on calculations, insights, or information provided by the Service.

Jurat is a tool to help you organize your records. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, and using our Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jurat Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
